Shipping & Delivery Policy

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10+ days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Logographi is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10+ days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. We'll do our best to get your order to the courier quickly. However, if we face technical problems, power outages, or natural disasters, we can't promise a specific delivery time. Similarly, delays might happen with design drafts. We appreciate your understanding if these issues affect our usual timelines. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Shipping and RTO Policy

We strive to deliver your orders using the best possible and available courier service. However, in the event that an order is marked as "Return to Origin" (RTO) due to any reason, the following terms will apply:

  1. RTO Handling:

    • If your order is marked as RTO, we will wait for the parcel to be returned to our address before dispatching it again using an alternative courier service.

    • A new order will not be processed in such cases; we will reship the original parcel after it is returned.

  2. Customer Responsibilities:

    • If the parcel is large or heavy, the additional courier charges for reshipping after RTO will be borne by the customer.

    • RTO may occur due to reasons such as incorrect address, customer unavailability, or failure to respond to the delivery agent's calls. Please ensure accurate details and availability to avoid such issues.

International Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Charges:

    • For international orders, all courier charges will be borne by the customer. The charges will be as per the actual rates provided by the courier service.

  2. RTO and Reshipping:

    • In case of a Return to Origin (RTO) for international shipments, any forward RTO charges and reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

    • Ensure accurate shipping details to avoid additional charges.

  3. Delivery Time:

    • The estimated delivery time for international shipments is approximately 10-15 working days. However, this duration may vary depending on the courier company. We are not responsible for any delays caused during transit. 

  4. Custom Fees and Duties:

  • Any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country's laws will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
