Please note that we do not guarantee the security of information, as no method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure. Also note that we may retain and store your information in our databases and systems even after your project with Logographi is completed as long as we have a legitimate purpose to do so and in accordance with applicable law.

Payment
For the Design & Print Project, customer needs to pay the 100% advance payment for all the packages. Please note that live video calls or screen sharing support will not be available during the design project at LOGOGRAPHI. All necessary design changes must be communicated through email or WhatsApp exclusively. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these conditions. Service Policy
All services will be provided strictly as per the packages or plans mentioned on our website.
If you require any additional services, custom concepts, or extra designs beyond the selected package, additional charges will apply based on the scope of work.
Returns
Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandle by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned.
Trademark Rejection
If your trademark is rejected for any reason, LOGOGRAPHI cannot be held liable or responsible. Our expertise lies in creating custom logos, and while trademark rejection often stems from name mismatches rather than logo design, we advise thorough checking before filing. We take responsibility for ensuring design originality during the design process. However, once final files are delivered to you, we are not responsible for any subsequent issues.
Refunds
All the payments made to Logographi are completely nonrefundable. We believe in quality work towards any design task and we give our best to satisfy the clients from our end
Shipping
Logographi will arrange for shipping with a reputed carrier. Logographi will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier.
Cancellation Policy Due to Customer Misconduct
At Logographi, we value professionalism and mutual respect in all our business dealings. To ensure a fair and ethical working environment, we reserve the right to cancel any ongoing project without a refund in cases of customer misconduct.
Grounds for Cancellation
A project may be canceled without a refund if a customer engages in any of the following:

Abusive or Inappropriate Communication: Use of offensive language, threats, or harassment towards our team.

Unreasonable Demands: Forcing unrealistic or unethical changes beyond agreed terms.

Blackmail or Coercion: Threatening negative reviews, legal action, or defamation to manipulate outcomes.

Disrespecting Professional Boundaries: Ignoring company policies, attempting to bypass agreed procedures, or excessive unprofessional behavior.
Process of Cancellation

A formal warning will be issued to the customer outlining the concern.

If the behavior continues, Logographi holds the right to terminate the project with immediate effect.

No refunds will be issued for work completed or in progress.

QR Code Printing Policy
We ensure thorough quality checks at every stage of the process:

Before Printing: Each QR code is verified for accuracy.

Before Dispatch: All cards undergo a final quality check to ensure they are error-free.
⚠️ Important Note:

A QR code may stop functioning if you change your Instagram username after the cards have been printed.

In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for the QR code’s expiry.

Once the QR code is printed on the cards, please avoid changing your Instagram username to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
Business Card Order Policy
When placing an order for 500 or 1000 business cards, they will be printed for a single business and a single person only.

If you require multiple sets (e.g., 100×5 or 100×10 for different employees), this is not possible at the standard pricing.

For such customized orders, we will provide a separate pricing based on your specific requirements.

Reordering & Material Variation Policy
When reordering any printing material, please note:

There may be slight variations in stiffness or texture compared to your previous order. This happens due to changes in paper batches, which are not fixed.

While the paper specifications (e.g., 350 GSM before and 350 GSM now) will remain the same, minor differences in feel and stiffness are technically unavoidable.

Please keep this in mind before placing a reorder, as slight variations are natural.
Project Hold & Termination Policy
At Logographi, we strive to deliver high-quality design and printing services on time. To maintain efficiency and fairness, we have established a clear policy regarding project delays caused by the customer.
Project Hold Timeline

If a design or print project remains pending due to the customer's inaction, lack of response, or delay in approvals for more than 20 working days, we reserve the right to terminate the project.

Multiple follow-ups will be made during this period. If there is no response or action from the customer, the project will be considered abandoned.
Termination & No-Refund Policy

If the project is terminated due to prolonged inaction from the customer, no refunds will be issued for any payments made.

To resume a terminated project, a new order must be placed, and additional charges may apply.
We encourage timely communication and cooperation to ensure a smooth workflow. If you anticipate any delays, please inform our team in advance to avoid project termination.
